IS-ACTIVE – finalist of the AAL Forum AWARD 2011
The AAL Forum Award is intended to recognize the most promising project of the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme – AAL JP – that demonstrates great promise in terms of innovation, human-centric approaches to development and market potential. The AAL JP programme has invested significantly in almost 60 projects of which several are now beginning to show results.
AAL Forum AWARD is a two steps competition. In the first step, a group of projects is selected by a jury panel based on a written application. The panel has selected four projects for the final presentation, among which IS-ACTIVE. In the second step, each presenter had the opportunity to pitch its project before the evaluation panel, on Monday, September 26th, from 16:30 to 17:30.
