The Innovation Convention exhibition in Brussels
The IS-ACTIVE project held a stand at the Innovation Convention exhibition in Brussels on 5 and 6 December 2011.
IS-ACTIVE was selected as one of the 50 most innovative projects of 2011 in Europe and it was short-listed out of 450 applicants from various fields of applications.
The Innovation Convention marked the beginning of an ambitious plan of the European Commision to make research and innovation major motors for job creation and to achieve a sustainable exit from the current economic crisis. The event gathered around 1200 participants.
